Product Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Although we will always try to cater for your needs, an order of large quantities can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the supplier.

Ordering Parts
Any parts or machines ordered through VL-Miller, LLC must be completed by one of our sales representatives. They will cater to your needs and provide you with times, prices, and other specific information to ensure that you are fully informed about your purchase. At any point we may decline to supply the parts to you without giving reason. Any transactions that may have occured will be credited back on your account. Orders are available for commercial and domestic use only. Any international orders must be clearly defined before an agreement can be drawn up.

Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Delivery times are not 100% guranteed by us. We cannot control all the variables involved, but we will communicate continuosly with you until the parts have arrived. If delivered goods need to be returned, a further charge may be added for shipping. We make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
